2 Year Anilox Limited Warranty
Stork is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations in service and quality. This 2 year limited warranty on anilox rolls is an extension of our commitment to you.
We use only the densest and hardest ceramic coatings available to insure the performance and durability of our rolls. Under normal usage conditions, if your company is not achieving roll life that we have come to expect through our industry experience, we will work with you to determine and eliminate harmful practices and incorporate proper roll care and handling procedures in your facility.
LIMITED WARRANTY
If our rolls experience loss in volume that causes your print densities to be out of specification under normal usage conditions, we will resurface the roll back to its original specifications at no charge within a 2 year period from the date of original invoice provided proper cleaning, handling and usage practices have been followed. Our roll audit specialists will inspect and evaluate the rolls to help identify and understand any problems and offer remedies to your satisfaction.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Wear—loss of print density spec under normal wear conditions
- Blistering—of the ceramic coating from the base core
- Delamination—of the ceramic coating from the base core
- Construction—structural integrity and workmanship of all new Stork anilox cores
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Scoring—caused by contamination or improper metering
- Damage due to mishandling or misuse—chipped edges, scratches, dents
- Journal, Bearing, Keyway, Stainless steel collars damage—worn or bent
- Blemishes caused by damaging materials in the print process
- Wall deterioration due to improper cleaning practices
LIMITATIONS
- Shipping is included for North America only (must be arranged by Stork).
- If the cells are plugged, we will clean the rolls for one-half our normal charge. Shipping is not included for this service.
- Normal wear conditions are defined as roll usage equivalent to 12 hour shifts, 5 days per week. Other usage rates may be prorated.
- Warranty does not apply to Xtreme Volume anilox rolls or rolls with linecounts of 800 or greater for premature wear.
- Anilox sleeves are not covered under this warranty and have a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
